Hello owners and residents of Hayley Common Condos!
We, your board, have a couple reminders/requests.
1) As per our rules and regulations, hallways and entrances need to remain clear of ALL personal items. This includes furniture, garbage, shoes, plants, wall hangings, air fresheners etc. There are a variety of reasons for this including the fact we need to keep the hallways clear as per fire regulations and in the case of emergency we want to ensure nothing impedes people being able to leave safely and quickly. Additionally we need to ensure the hallways are always clear for cleaning purposes, and to avoid any unwanted smells, allergies, or general untidiness. Please remove all personal items from the common area hallways by December 10, 2023.
2) The board is working on getting assessments and quotes on intercoms that are not working. Please send an email to hayleycommon2019@gmail.com or use the below link (will work for those with a google/gmail account) to fill out your responses by December 10, 2023 if your intercom doesn’t work WITH details on the actual problem and whether it’s intermittent or a consistent issue.

Please include your suite number. This will help us determine the potential issues when the company comes to assess and provide quotes. We are looking at fixing/repairing them rather than completely replacing them because if that’s an option, it much more affordable.
3) And a final reminder that all owners and residents must abide by the rules and regulations which can be found on the website. We will be doing the annual review and updating the rules in 2024 to be more specific in some cases to ensure clarity for all current and new owners. If you rent your suite out, all of these communications must be provided to your renters and they should be provided with a link to our rules and regulations on the website.
