Sidewalk repairs – Kiwi Const. quote for $19100.00 repairs as stated in detail on quote, provided to Kristine

               Ok’d by all present

Landscaping various areas by D, E, F & G – quote from Sunshine for $9875, approved to only complete ½ of the areas quoted, based on the specs note, areas to be confirmed with Evan, as discussed by the board & repair worst areas repaired first as noted in the quote

               Ok’d to complete ½ by all present

Mouse/rodent traps – test in F for 1 month, F only and will review in one month after report is received, price quoted from vendor $240, 1 bldg, $42/mo
